“ Placed an order online that included a strawberry banana smoothie. When I pulled up to pick up my order, the sweet girl at the window whose name I didnt catch, all I remember is blonde hair and glasses explained that they had run out of strawberry puree for the smoothies. She had already made a strawberry banana smoothie using fresh strawberries but also offered other alternatives in case I didnt want a smoothie that wouldnt be as sweet as they normally are. I took that smoothie, and it is the best!! A customer service and problem solving on her part. ”

“ I had an issue about a month or two ago where a driver stole quite a few things from my order and I have a family with children. I called the store and they were SO wonderful about fixing the issue, the level of empathy was outstanding from multiple associates inside the store and by phone. I did not forget about this. I have since been ordering both in store and online, they are my favorite place to eat. When I am sick it is the only thing I want. “ I love Panera. Its chain but its my favourite American sandwich chain all the same. Does it make sense that you get a side bread for your bread? No. Do I love it all the same ? Heck yes. I got the turkey avocado BLT a half Cesar salad. The bread was perfectly moist the sandwich was fun of flavour. It tasted fresh. The bread side? Delicious. The chips meh im not a chip person but they were crispy and kettly all the same. I ordered at the counter because I cant be bothered with their little ordering kiosks. Clean in this location. Not overly busy. Friendly staff. Clean washrooms. ”
